Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Guangzhou, Zhujian boasts a self-owned 5,000-square-meter modern manufacturing base with complete supporting workshops and automated production lines. The plant integrates steel structure processing, precise membrane cutting and heat fusion welding procedures, realizing full in-house production without outsourced processing. Supported by an 80+ professional technical team, the factory conducts structural mechanics calculation, 3D modeling and load stress analysis for every project. All production procedures follow dual standards of Eurocode and Chinese national building codes. Equipped with strict quality inspection links, the facility manufactures PVDF, PTFE and ETFE high-performance membrane materials. Finished products can resist Category 12 typhoons, with self-cleaning, anti-UV features and 15–30 years service life. The factory supports fast delivery: small projects take only 1–2 weeks, while large air-supported domes finish within 3–7 weeks. This self-sufficient production system greatly stabilizes product quality and delivery efficiency, laying solid hardware foundation for Zhujian’s over 2,000 completed projects worldwide.
